Bailit Health is a consulting firm dedicated to ensuring insurer and provider performance accountability on behalf of public agencies and employer purchasers. Bailit Health Purchasing, LLC was founded in 1997 by former senior executives of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services. Our staff consists of a team of experienced professionals who have worked together for many years.

Employment Opportunities: Consultant

We are seeking a new collaborative teammate who shares our passion for helping state health care programs achieve their mission. Work will include support for states creating and maintaining aligned performance measure sets, research and analysis, memo and report drafting, occasional procurement support and office IT oversight with a contracted vendor.

Candidates should possess strong quantitative analytic skills, qualitative research skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. In addition, candidates should ideally but not necessarily have knowledge of health care quality measures, including HEDIS.
